About Global Education Ltd

Global Education Limited (GEL) is an education service provider and consultancy firm based in Mumbai, India, with another branch in Nagpur. Founded in 2011, GEL provides a range of services such as infrastructural facilities for educational institutions, online examinations, training including soft skill development, marketing and design through various mediums. It is an ISO 9001:2015-certified firm, with 36 major organizations and institutes as its clients, out of which 83% of work has been derived from existing clients. The company focuses on providing educational and skill interventions in neighborhoods and rural areas, giving youth access to better career and livelihood opportunities. GEL went public in March 2017 and further migrated to the Main Board on NSE in December 2020. The firm also disinvested its entire shareholding in Riaan Eduventures Private Limited and issued 7697300 bonus equity shares to existing members during 2020-21. Its main focus for 2021 lies in enhancing its services and capacities through capital expenditure of Rs. 48.80 lakhs.
