About Gian Lifecare Ltd

Gian Life Care Limited is a public limited company that was registered with the Registrar of Companies Uttar Pradesh Kanpur in November 2018. The company has gained assets and liabilities from M/s Gian Pathology XRay, a sole proprietorship concern owned by its Promoter, Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta, since March 2019. Initial subscribers to the company's Memorandum of Association were Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta, Mrs. Avani Gupta, Mr. Devang Agarwal, Ms. Rashika Agarwal, Mr. Manjeet Singh, Mr. Pravin Tomar, and Ms. Akanksha Gupta. The business is primarily focused on providing diagnostic and related healthcare tests and services in Kanpur and its nearby areas. Their customers are individual patients, hospitals, healthcare providers, and corporate companies. Their services include patient diagnosis services and prevention and wellness diagnosis services. It started as a small laboratory established by Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta in 1995 and has since grown into a big diagnostic center with two branches in Kanpur and collection centers in its adjoining districts. The company offers a range of approximately 1344 tests including biochemistry, clinical pathology, coagulation, cytogenetics, cytology, hematology, histopathology, immunoassay, microbiology, molecular biology, and radiology services. Some of these tests have been designed for specific disease, disorder or wellness screening.
