About Genus Paper & Boards Ltd

Genus Paper and Boards Limited, incorporated in 2012, is a part of the Kailash Group and is engaged in the manufacture of Kraft paper and steel ingot. The company has four independent manufacturing facilities in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh with production capacities of 100 GSM to 400 GSM. Prior to this the company has also been involved in making strategic investments focused on shares, loans and securities. The company had a name change from DSM Papers Limited to Kailash Paper Product Limited in 2002; and then changed to Genus Paper Products Limited in 2006. Genus Paper Boards Limited was formed as a Public Limited Company in 2013 and listed on the NSE and BSE. In FY 2015, enhanced production capacity and in 2018 commenced manufacturing facilities and terminated in 2019. During the financial year 2020, a wholly owned subsidiary, Genus Paper and Coke Limited was incorporated, and during FY 2021, the national company law tribunal approved the resolution plan of acquisition and merger of NS Papers Limited submitted by the company.
