About GCM Commodity & Derivatives Ltd

GCM Commodity Derivatives Limited, incorporated on April 26 2005 was converted into a public limited company on June 14 2013. Promoted by Mr. Inder Chand Baid, Mr. Manish Baid and Mr. Samir Baid, it initially allotted 2625500 equity shares to GCM Securities Limited representing 67.03% of its pre-issue capital. This made the company a subsidiary of GCM Securities Ltd. The company is currently involved in investing in NSEL Investment Products and providing commodity broking facilities through its membership of NSEL. It became a TradingcumClearing member of National Spot Exchange Limited in May 2013 and plans to take the Membership of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) in order to expand its business. GCM Commodity Derivatives Limited thus offers a modern platform to invest in different commodities with excellent arbitrage opportunities.
