Focus Business Solution Ltd. was incorporated in 2006 as a debt collection services company to help banks, non-banking financial institutions, and other financial services companies recover their loans and dues. It has laid its foundations by two key promoters- Mohamedamin Mohammad Nathani and Mohamedyaseen Muhammadbhai Nathani, and currently holds a staff strength of 551, which includes 58 personnel on payroll and 493 contracted team members. It works with over two lakh customers’ database on different loan types ranging from personal loans to SME loans, with a portfolio of more than Rs 200 Crores of overdue payments. In addition, the company has a 64 workstation fully-equipped call centre with CRM and recording facility, and also re-positions vehicles and other collateral assets when borrowers are unable to pay their dues. It follows RBI’s FPC regulations and also uses mobile applications such as fTouch to enhance its services. Recently, 790000 Equity Shares were issued as a bonus in the 1:1 ratio. This is further reinforced by state-of-the-art infrastructure at the office and also the intelligent debt recovery platform i.e., ‘myrcap.in’, which automates various processes and allows its personnel to focus on crucial tasks.
