About Expleo Solutions Ltd

Expleo Solutions Limited (formerly SQS India BFSI Limited) incorporated in 1998, is a subsidiary of Expleo Technology Germany GmbH, and provides software validation and verification services to the banking, financial services and insurance industry worldwide. The company is based in India, with four subsidiaries and branch offices across various global locations, such as in New York, London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Brussels, Sydney, Singapore, Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai. Expleo Solutions has been providing independent software testing, assurance services, and certification since 1998 for various clients. Additionally, the company expanded its network to the USA, UK, Singapore, and Belgium, among other places. Expleo Solutions made its Initial Public Offering in 2009 and further opened offices in The MEPZ Centre and Philippines in 2010 and 2020 respectively. The company signed an agreement with Lucid Technologies in 2022 and a Composite Scheme of Arrangement was approved for the merger of Expleo India Infosystems Private Limited, Expleo Technologies India Private Limited, Expleo Engineering India Private Limited and Silver Software Development Centre Private Limited with the Company. Expleo Solutions has provided valuable software services to the banking and financial services industry for over two decades, establishing a strong and successful presence across the world.
