About DSJ Keep Learning Ltd

DSJ Keep Learning Limited, formerly known as DSJ Communications Limited, was established in November 1989. It operates in the education activities and their related products. Primarily, it is a communications company focusing on radio and TV broadcasting, which caters to and deals with stock market conditions. By 199495, its flagship magazine The Dalal Street Journal had a certified circulation of 101484 per issue. It also publishes two magazines, India Economic Update from Dubai and E2 for distribution to Citibank cardholders. The TV Division is also developing software for India TV. DSJ Radio airs a news and views bulletin about stock market conditions. In 199495, it had a public issue at a premium of Rs 140 for Indian public and Rs 165 for overseas corporate bodies. It also promoted DSJ Asia Communications in Hong Kong for international readership. In 1998, the company made a reference to BIFR under the Sick Industrial Companies Act and, in June 2021, changed its name from DSJ Communications Limited to DSJ Keep Learning Limited to reflect its main activities.
