About Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd

Tree House Education Accessories Ltd provides education and related services, including leasing of infrastructure and operation of preschools, providing educational services to K-12 schools, and daycare services. Its preschools are operated under the brand names of Tree House Brainwork and Global Champs, and serve students in the age group of 1.5 to 6 years offering standardized services and teaching methodologies. The company opened 223 preschools in FY 2011, offering a wide variety of educational services to K-12 schools, such as curriculum designing, teaching aids, organising extra curricular activities for students, and teacher training. In 2012, it signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with MT Educare Ltd. In 2013, it won the Best PE/VC-backed Education Company Award. In 2014, it’s board approved the MOU to monetise school land in Vadodara. In 2016, it converted 140 of its self-operated centers to franchise centers and closed 222 centers. During FY2018, it defaulted in repayment of loans to financial Institutions, leading to SEBI restrains from trading in securities.
