About Dharni Capital Services Ltd

Dharni Capital Services Ltd was established in 2015 as Dharni Online Services Private Limited and since then they have offered a diverse range of financial services such as mutual fund distribution, fixed deposit distribution, real estate brokerage, technical consultancy and outsourcing. In 2018 they gained AMFI Registration allowing them to provide mutual fund distribution and since have been registered to work with prominent mutual fund companies such as Aditya Birla Sunlife Mutual Fund and more. In 2020, Dharni launched fixed deposit distribution and in 2021 they launched property advisory/ distribution services. During 2021, total Assets under Management in Mutual Funds and Fixed Deposits crossed 200 Crores. The company provides multiple services such as Wealth Planning, Retirement Planning, and Tax Planning. In January 2023, the company came out with a public issue, raising 10.74 crore through Fresh Issue. Dharni Capital Services Ltd is committed to helping customers in the areas of finances and consultancy through their diverse services.
