About Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Ltd

Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Limited is an ISO 90012000 certified company established in 1992 that is engaged in two business segments: textile processing and power generation. It manufactures and processes high-quality fabric as per the requirement of garment manufacturers/exporters for delivery to retail chains and large buying houses all over the world. The company has two wind power projects in Dhulia, Maharashtra (1.25 MW; 24 lakh units) and Nettur, Tamilnadu. Its subsidiaries and associate companies include Choudhary Garments, Sonal Garments, Hytone Texport Garments, Rapier Machine Manufacturer, Dhanesh Fabrics Pvt. Ltd., DFL Fabrics Pvt. Ltd., Dhanlaxmi Cotex Ltd., Sohanlal Export Fabrics Pvt. Ltd., etc. It has a fabric and yarn processing unit in Dombivli, Thane, Maharashtra and a weaving factory of 32 Sulzer looms at Ichalkranji. Moreover, it has an in-house research and development center equipped with latest testing equipments, plus a full-fledged testing laboratory equipped with sample mangy, colour computer matching, and other testing equipments for testing colours, chemicals, fibres, fabrics, and light boxes.
