About Delta Corp Ltd

Delta Corp Limited DCL is India's largest listed casino and gaming company, having been incorporated in 1990 and providing entertainment in all formats of gaming from live, electronic and online. By operating both offshore and landbased licenses, the company has established a presence across India, with casinos in Goa and Sikkim. Delta Corp. has embarked on hospitality projects, formed joint ventures and made acquisitions to maintain their dominant presence in the industry. It is the owner of casino vessel Casino Royale Goa and Kings Casino, the largest and India's first indigenously built vessel respectively. In recent years, the company has acquired shares in Mundus Hospitality, Delta Holdings USA Inc and also set up a joint venture for developing real estate projects in East Africa. During 2021, Delta Corp. maintained their position as the leading provider in the industry with the introduction of a buyback of shares and the announcement of a proposed IPO.
