About DCM Nouvelle Ltd

DCM Nouvelle Limited is a reputed manufacturer and exporter of 100% cotton carded and combed yarns, ranging from Ne 12s to 40s, used for fine clothing. Established in October 2016, the company produces approx 2500 MT of yarn monthly with its 115048 spindle capacity. It has modern spinning machineries from leading manufacturers and uses quality assurance instruments. With premium brands and sustainability certifications, the company has a successful domestic market and export reach to over 30 countries. DCM Nouvelle Limited has achieved ISO 9001 quality standard certified since 1998 and Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) certification. Additionally, the company procured Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and OekoTex Standard 100 certification in 2018. As of May 2019, NCLT approved the Scheme of Arrangement between DCM Limited and DCM Nouvelle Limited demerger of Textile Division by cancelling the entire share capital worth Rs. 5 lacs and issuing 18677749 shares of Rs. 10 each. These shares were traded on BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. from July 16 2019.
