About Cravatex Ltd

Cravatex Limited, based in Mumbai, India, is a leading company engaged in the distribution of health, fitness and sports equipment. Founded in 1951, the company is renowned for its imports and distribution of brands like Johnson, Horizon Vision, Body Solid, Magnum, Fila, Slazenger and Nassau. It also manufactures and distributes apparel, tennis balls, tennis rackets and massage chairs, along with the representation of other international fitness equipment brands. The company expanded further into textile processing and printing. In 1996, Cravatex launched Proline Fitness, the sole importer for international brands, including Johnson, the 4th largest fitness equipment manufacturer in the world. Proline Fitness provides fitness equipment for home and commercial uses, and the company also exports sporting brands such as Wilson, Fila, Ocean Pacific and Russell Athletic to well known urban fashion brands, including Azzure, Bullrot and Phyne Clothing. Cravatex is the only ISO certified public listed company in this field.
