About Cinevista Ltd

Cinevistaas Ltd. (previously known as Cinevista Communications CCL) was incorporated in 1993 and converted to a public limited company in 1999. Run by Promoted Prem Krishen Malhotra and Sunil Mehta, CCL has produced numerous popular programs, such as "Katha Sagar" and "Junoon". In 2000, the company went public with an issue of 25,33,500 equity shares and their current issue is to set up an integrated studio and a webcasting service, procure web rights for TV programmes and movies, set up overseas production centres, and to augment their working capital. Additionally, they have set two company subsidiaries; Cinevista Global and Cinevista News, as well as invested in Video Vista Inc in New Jersey. All of these mark the significant steps that the company is taking to expand their business and tap into the labour of the Indian film industry.
