About CP Capital Limited

Career Point Infosystems Ltd is a provider of tutorial services for high school and post high school students in India, offering courses for various competitive entrance examinations including the All India Engineering Entrance Examination and the Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination. The company provides services through its network of Company Operated and Franchisee Centres, as well as a distance learning programme. It also has two subsidiaries. The company was founded in 2000, and has since worked to expand its services by creating course offerings, launching several programs and executing management service agreements. It now has 17 Company Operated Training Centres and 16 Franchisee Centres, as well as 231 faculty members. As part of its strategy to diversify, the company has forayed into Education Consultancy and Management Services, while introducing a new technology enabled platform for Students. It is also looking for selective strategic acquisitions and joint venture opportunities to augment its capabilities and enhance its presence in India.
