Billwin Industries Limited was incorporated in 2014, by Mr. Subrata Dey, and Ms. Smita Subrata Dey with the name Billwin Waterproof Private Limited. In 2019, after a special resolution of the shareholders, the company name was changed to Billwin Industries Private Limited. In 2020, following a shareholders resolution, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Billwin Industries Limited. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing protective gears such as raincoats, life jackets and inflatable boats which are used for the safety of people near seas and other waterbodies.
