About B C C Fuba India Ltd

BCC Fuba India was established by D.R. Bhagat and his associates in collaboration with two German companies, Fuba Hans Kolbe Co. and DEG. The latter two owned up to 20% of the company’s capital. BCC Fuba India manufactured professional-grade PCBs, with the capacity to produce 3000sq mtr pa multilayer boards, 14600sq mtr pa double-sided boards and 5800sq mtr pa single sided boards. Unfortunately, due to various issues including violation of a buyback agreement, low demand for the local product and strong competition, the company suffered a steady decline and was declared a sick company with their net worth becoming more than 50% lower than its initial peak. Subsequently, the company was referred to the BIFR.
