About Pokarna Ltd

Pokarna Granites Ltd., based in Hyderabad, is in the business of producing and customizing polished random slabs and tiles. The company has two plants and seven quarries in its operations. In 2000-2001, the company acquired the assets of Laxmi Granites Ltd. through IDBI, IIBI and SBT for a price of Rs. 752.58 lakhs. This acquisition increased their capacity of generating 80000 sqmt of slabs, thus taking the total installed capacity to 167500 sqmt in 2002-2003. With such constant focus on expansion and upgrade of their facilities, they continue to be a trusted provider of superior granite products.
