About Autoriders International Ltd

Autoriders International Ltd., a well-established travel and tourism company, was incorporated in 1985. It provides car rental services to corporates and individual tourists across India. In 2015, the company made capital investment of Rs. 5.42 Crores, and in 2017 another investment of Rs. 6.30 Crores was made, with financial assistance from ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Alphera Financial Services, Toyota Financial Services and Sundaram Finance. In 2017-18, Autoriders authorized and allotted 245070 equity shares as bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to shareholders, which increased the paid-up capital of the company to Rs. 4901400 divided into 490140 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
