Their range of products includes SAP, Oracle Applications PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Dynamics, as well as testing, porting, and test automation for embedded software and system software. This company has offices in India, Singapore, USA, UK, MiddleEast, and Japan, with offshore development support centers in India and overseas. Founded in 1992, ASM Technologies Ltd was first known as Advanced Synergic Microsystems Ltd. They come out with public issue of 1,850,000 equity shares in 1994 and are listed in Mumbai and Bangalore Stock Exchange. Over the years, ASM Technologies Ltd acquired Pinnacle Talent Inc USA and Enterprise Software Resources US-based firm as wholly-owned subsidiaries.
