About Arihant Academy Ltd

Arihant Academy Limited was incorporated in 2007, headquartered in Mumbai with 14 branches operating in western suburbs providing coaching services from Class 8 to 12. Currently, the Academy caters to around 6000 students with its courses related to ICSE & SSC Boards, JEE/NEET exams, Chartered Accountancy (CA) and other professional courses. Under the leadership of its two promoters, Mr. Anil Suresh Kapasi and Mr. Umesh Anand Pangam, the Academy has achieved remarkable growth since 2009 when 8 branch setup was taken over from M/s. Arihant Academy. To further enhance its presence, the Academy has launched 5 new centers in 2010 and 1 in 2014 in Mumbai. In 2021, a dedicated center was also launched for professional courses and Junior College, while COVID-19 saw Arihant Academy become the first institute in Mumbai to conduct Live online lectures. In December 2022, the Company also successfully raised Rs 14.72 crores through Fresh Issue.
