About Archidply Decor Ltd

Archidply Decor Limited (ADL) was incorporated in June 2017 and is involved in the manufacturing and trading of wood-based products like decorative laminates, decorative veneers, plywood, block board and prelaminated particle board. ADL procures raw materials and trading goods both locally and from abroad, exporting to both domestic and overseas markets. In May 2018, the Board of Directors of ADL and Archidply Industries Limited (AIL) approved a Scheme of Arrangement between AIL (Demerged Company) and ADL (Resulting Company) involving the demerger of AIL's Chintamani Undertaking. On 8th January 2020, The National Company Law Tribunal gave their approval. From 1st April 2018, the respective businesses of the Demerged Undertaking stood transferred into ADL. On 20th February 2020, ADL issued 5516250 shares at par to all the shareholders of AIL, where 1 share of ADL was given in exchange for 4 shares of AIL.
