About Aarti Surfactants Ltd

Aarti Surfactants Limited (formerly known as Arti Surfactants Limited) is a renowned supplier of high quality specialty surfactants. It manufactures both ionic and anionic surfactants, rheology modifiers, pearlizing agents, conditioning agents, proteins and quats, which have a range of applications including Home and Personal Care, Agro, Oil, Industrial and more. Customers include Unilever, Dabur and 3M, and their products are distributed in 40+ countries worldwide. The Company has received certification and accreditation from ISO 9001:2008 and has two state of the art manufacturing facilities at Pithampur in Madhya Pradesh and Silvassa in the Union of Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. On June 10th, 2019, the Merger & Acquisition between Aarti Industries Management and Aarti Surfactants was approved by the Honourable NCLT Ahmedabad Bench and effective from June 24th, 2019, the Company issued 7,584,477 equity shares.
