3i Infotech Ltd is a global Information Technology company with a presence in over 50 countries across 5 continents, offering technology solutions and services to over 1500 customers. 3i Infotech's product and services include managed IT services, application software development and maintenance, payment solutions, business intelligence and IT consulting services. The company provides a Global Delivery Model that recruits the best resources from across the globe to provide optimal solutions. It is one of the top four Indian software product companies and holds a range of quality certifications. Formed in 1993 as ICICI Investors Services Ltd, 3i Infotech has undergone various name changes and increased its subsidiaries and partnerships to expand operations worldwide. During 2008-09, 3i Infotech acquired 100% stakes in various companies in India, USA and UK, and set up partnerships with ICICI Lombard, Bharti Airtel and Max New York Life. In 2009 they launched ISERV, a rural retail initiative, and eMudhra to empower Indian consumers with digital signatures.
