In 2014, the company acquired a startup named Identified, originally founded by Adeyemi Ajao, and named its Artificial Intelligence as Syman. The purpose behind the acquisition was to create a line of insight app products. In 2021, Chano Fernandez became the co-CEO of the company, and Dave Duffield became the chairman of the board.
