About Vikas Wsp Ltd

Vikas WSP Pvt Ltd was incorporated as Vikas Gum Mills and is now a Public Limited Company. It produces natural Guar Water Soluble Polymer (GWSP) of 6000 csp viscosity, which is exported to various countries like US, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain and Japan. The Government has awarded the Company with Export House status and APEDA Export Award for 199495. It's setting up 100 EOU for the production of GWSP with a capacity of 39900 TPA, 4200 TPA Hydroxy Propyl Guar (HPG) plant and 12,600 TPA Carboxy Methyl Hydroxy Proplyl Guar (CMHPG) plant. The project cost is projected to be Rs 220 crore and the company plans to fund the project through Rs 155 crore preferential allotment of 1 crore equity shares, and internal accruals. The new plant is expected to commence production by September 2002 in Sriganganagar.
