About Viaz Tyres Ltd

Viaz Tyres Ltd was originally established in 2018 as Viaz Tubes Private Limited, later changed to Viaz Tyres Private Limited and then further converted to become Viaz Tyres Ltd in 2022. The company is involved in manufacturing rubber tubes for bicycles, two & three wheelers, passenger vehicles, and industrial vehicles, plus selling ancillary products like OTR Tyres, tubes, and Animal Driven Vehicle ADV Tubes and Engine Oil & Grease on white-label basis. The inpatient capacity for manufacturing is 700000 tubes per month, and the company sells its products under the brand name 'Viaz' in both domestic and overseas markets, along with exclusive distributorship for Maxxis Rubber Private Ltd tyres for Turkey. Viaz Tyres Ltd has 15 domestic distributors spread across 19 states throughout India. They are now preparing to raise capital with an offering of 3226000 Equity Shares through a fresh issue.
