About Vama Industries Ltd

Sanjeevni Industries is moving forward with its plans to integrate Vama Infotech Pvt Ltd into its business operations. The company has filed a petition with the High Court of Andhra Pradesh to formally merge the two entities. This merger has the potential to create a large-scale conglomerate that controls over ₹2500 crore of assets spread out over 7 business verticals. Additionally, the expanded size of the company could result in increased efficiency and cost savings that will benefit stakeholders. It is also expected to lead to better governance and utilization of resources while creating a platform for potential entry into international markets. This merger proposal is currently being reviewed by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh to ensure that it meets all legal requirements and best serves the interests of all stakeholders.
