About Unison Metals Ltd

Unison Metals was incorporated in June 1990 as a private limited company and became a public limited company in February 1995. It is promoted by Uttam C Mehta Mahesh V Changrani Himanshu K Shah and Naresh V Changrani. The company took over Mohan Metals, a partnership firm in August 1993 that was engaged in processing hot rolled sheets. Unison Metals has two manufacturing units at Vatva Ahmedabad, with an installed capacity of 4800 tpa for hot rolling of stainless steel sheets and 1080 tpa for cold rolling. In 1995-96, it planned to expand the hot and cold rolling capacities to 6000 tpa and 2400 tpa respectively. Along with this, a 612 tpa capacity factory for manufacturing utensils was also proposed.
