About Uniroyal Industries Ltd

Uniroyal Textile Industries was established as a public limited company on 30th December 1993 in Panchkula, Haryana. The company set up a plant to manufacture labels and narrow fabrics with an installed capacity of 115,425 square meters per annum (sqm/pa) of tafeta and 38,475 sqm/pa of satin labels. A funding for said project was made through a public issue in December of 1994. Arvind Mahajan and Pritam Chand Mahajan were the promoters. Additionally, Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation also provided assistance for this project. The company started commercial production in the month of January 1995. Its products are used by garment exporters, fashion garment industries and readymade garment manufacturers alike.
