About Tega Industries Ltd
Tega commenced operations in 1978 with a foreign collaboration with Skega AB Sweden. In October 2013, the company allotted 53,170,032 of equity shares of Rs. 10 each as bonus shares in a ratio of 12:1. In 2021, Tega came out with a Rs. 619.23 crore IPO that was entirely an offer for sale by selling shareholders. The IPO shares were allotted at a price of Rs. 453, including a premium of Rs. 443 per share. The shares were listed on the BSE Ltd and NSE on 13th December 2021.
