About SRU Steels Ltd

SRU Steels Limited was incorporated in 1995 and operates mainly in Haryana and Ahmedabad. Their primary business is trading in various types of steels, such as stainless steel, carbon iron steel, and mild steels. In 2016, the Honble High Court of Delhi passed an order merging 7 Transferors Companies with SRU Steels Limited in accordance with Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act 1956. This has helped SRU Steels become a market leader in the steel industry and has enabled them to expand their business and services. By providing a wide range of quality steels and acting as agents for their clients, SRU Steels are able to meet their customer’s needs in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
