About Soni Medicare Ltd

Soni Medicare, a public limited company founded in August 1988, acquired its present name in March 1995. Founded by four individuals, B.R. Soni, Anju Soni, S.K. Soni and Santosh Soni, in order to run a CT Scan machine on the premise of Soni Hospital, the medical facility was converted into a public limited company in April 1995. This was followed by the acquisition of Soni Hospital, previously a proprietorship concern of B.R. Soni, in July 1995. To expand operations, the company proposed to procure ultramodern and hitech medical equipment and renovate the interiors of private rooms, wards and seminar hall. To part finance this, a public issue was launched in April 1996.
