It currently owns 4 properties with 36 rooms in total in Rakchham Village, Himachal Pradesh and Goa. It operates under the brand name "Osiya" and aims to provide authentic hospitality and a localized experience. In recent years SHL ventured into projects like purchasing a holiday home in Kolkata, initiating construction of cottages in Rakchham, entering MoUs for online marketing and branding of a hotel property and home-stay in Himachal Pradesh and commencing operations at Osiya Rangnoob Rakchham Retreat, Goa. SHL looks to continue expanding its portfolio of services in the future.
