About SGL Resources Ltd

Scan Point Graphics (SPGL), established in February 1992 as a public limited company, offers prepress processing services to the advertising, publishing, printing and packaging industries. In June 1994, it raised Rs 6 crore via an initial public offering of 60 lakh equity shares at par for the purpose of setting up a colour page makeup electronic prepress system with major processing facilities in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. The company is diversifying its offerings into digital printing technology used in outdoor display and advertising. SPGL is committed to meeting all the prepress needs of its customers with its state-of-the-art technology and experienced professionals.
