About SBEC Systems (India) Ltd

SBEC Systems India was established as a private limited company in December 1987 and became a public limited company in January 1993. 40% of the company was owned by SBEC Systems UK who provided the necessary technical expertise and the company was set up to provide engineering and technical services to the Indian Sugar industry. In November 1993, the company issued a public issue to set up a workshop in Modinagar, Uttar Pradesh. SBEC Systems also promoted a new company in Meerut, SBEC Sugar, however, due to delay in commissioning of a sugar project and a Cogeneration project, from 199697 the company’s performance was affected. The positive results of the Sugar and Cogeneration plants in 200001 have helped the SBEC Systems India company reinstate their performance.
