About Sayaji Industries Ltd

Sayaji Industries Ltd (SIL) has been in business since 1941 and is engaged in Tapioca and Maize starch and related products. SIL has manufacturing units in Kathwada, Ahmedabad, and Chalakudy, in Kerala. SIL recently entered into a collaboration with Amylum Belgium to upgrade its technology for Maize products, with new machinery and equipment. It has also set up an effluent treatment plant which also generates biogas, thereby abating pollution and generating energy at the same time. The technical performance of the company has improved due to the implementation of technology from M/s Amylum N.V. Belgium.
