About Royal India Corporation Ltd

Royal India Corporation Ltd (formerly Natraj Financial Services Ltd) was incorporated in 1984 as Natraj Commercial Enterprises Ltd. The name was changed to Natraj Financial Services Ltd in October 2006 and subsequently to Royal India Corporation Ltd in 2011 when it was taken over by the existing promoters according to the SEBI takeover regulations. Royal India Corporation Ltd has since transformed from a financial services company to a multidimensional conglomerate which includes infrastructure development, real estate, and broking of shares and securities as well as trading and wholesale trading of gold bullion, plain jewellery, coins and medallions.
