Route Mobile Limited is a publicly listed cloud communications platform service provider founded in 2004. The company provide solutions in messaging, voice, email, SMS filtering, analytics and monetization for enterprises OTT players and MNOs. It is headquartered in Mumbai and has a presence in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Europe and Americas. The portfolio comprises solutions in conversations AI, social media, banks, ecommerce entities, and travel. There are 21 subsidiaries, 10 direct and 12 stepdown, across the regions it serves. In the Financial Year 2018-19, it was adjudged as the fastest growing company in tech and telecom, 2nd in the UK’s top fastest growing Indian companies. In 2020, the company completed an acquisition of intellectual property technology and associated customer contracts of TeleDNS Communications. For FY 2020-21, it received recognition for its UK’s fastest growing comapny, and made its maiden public offer comprising of a fresh issue of Rs 240 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 360 crore. In May 2022, the Company partnered with Teledger's Technology Private Limited to build capabilities around DLT.
