About Rajeshwari Cans Ltd

Rajeshwari Cans Ltd. was originally incorporated as a proprietorship concern in 2004, with a focus on the trading of iron, steel, tin plate and scrap. Through several conversions and reconstitutions, the concern eventually converted into a public limited company, Rajeshwari Cans Ltd, in 2018. The company puts its focus to producing round printed tin containers of various sizes, commonly used as packing material for tobacco and snuff products. It also performs printing work on tin sheets supplied by customers, all fitted with good adhesion and mechanical properties inks. It boasts an installed capacity ranging from 50 gm to 500 gm for packing tobacco material, and up to 5 litres for paint industry, with an emphasis on quality to ensure desired results. The company boasts an excellent infrastructure of computer systems, internet connectivity, communication systems, security and electoral power of 100HP from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd, with a 100KVA backup system. In 2017, the erstwhile concern received India’s 5000 Best MSME Award, in line with their quality and customer service. In 2021,1360000 shares and 2016000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 were respectively issued to promoters and the public, following a Prospectus issued during a Board Meeting held on 09th April.
