About Purity Flex Pack Ltd

Purity Flex Pack, a company specialising in flexible packaging, was established as a private limited company in March 1988. It later went public in November 1989, and in April 1990, it issued a public issue for setting up a project to manufacture 1300 tonnes of multilayer barrier films by plastic lamination process in Baroda, Gujarat. The company had a technical collaboration with Lawson Mardon UK in 1991-92 and enhanced the installed capacity to 2600 tonnes along with a rights issue. It has since developed its clientele to include notable groups such as Godrej, Tata Soap, Brooke Bond, Lipton, Polar and Latex. It has made inputs in modernisation such as printing and material handling, which increased its share in the Speciality Product Area. In addition to this, another arrangement was made with multinational company TATRAPACK in order to secure the domestic requirements of packaging.
