About PSP Projects Ltd

PSP Projects Limited is an India-based construction and allied services company. Established in 2008 as a private limited company, PSP Projects has since grown to acquire the business of BPC Projects, create a partnership with Gannon Dunkerley & Co. Ltd., incorporate PSP Projects Inc., and register a 74% stake in PSP Projects Proactive Constructions Pvt. Ltd. The company had a successful IPO in 2017, debuting at Rs. 199. In the subsequent periods, PSP Projects received work orders of Rs 505.46 crore (July 2017-September 2017), Rs 1575 crore (Surat Diamond Bourse), Rs 1776.41 crore (October 2017-December 2017), Rs 87.33 crore (quarter ended 31 March 2018), Rs 226.07 crore (September 2018) and Rs 372.47 crore (November 2018). During this time, between 2016-2018, credit rating agency CARE Rating Limited also upgraded the company's credit rating. As of November 2018, PSP Projects is experiencing a period of growth and development as it continues to expand its portfolio of industrial, institutional, government and residential services.
