About Prismx Global Ventures Ltd

Prismx Global Ventures Limited Gromo Trade Consultancy Limited is an existing public limited company incorporated in 1973 that is engaged in trading of textile products and other commodities, as well as financial services. On June 24, 2014, the Company allotted 5200000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/ each of the Company to promoters and nonpromoters on preferential basis at Rs.25/ each, with premium of Rs 15/ each, and with approval of its members at its Annual General Meeting held on 14th June 2014. In May of 2014, the Company shifted its registered office from Dalamal Chambers to Crystal Plaza for better infrastructure and ambiance. After diversifying its business from finance to consultancy and trade, the Company generated more than 50 revenue otherwise than finance business, and through Postal Ballot on 24th March 2015, the members of the Company had accorded their assent for the same. Upon the Management’s proposal to ensure that the Company’s name reflects the new business, the Board of Directors proposed to change it from M/s. Kamalakshi Finance Corporation Limited to M/s. Gromo Trade Consultancy Limited, with members of the Company giving approval via Postal Ballot. Furthermore, the Company’s trading has been suspended from BSE since 26th February 2015, with suspension being revoked pursuant to SEBI Order no. WTM/GM/EFD/72/2018 dated October 30 2018 and effect from November 01 2018. Lastly, the Company has shifted its registered office to Unit No. 506 Link Plaza Opp. Lashkaria Tower Off. New Link Road Andheri West Mumbai Maharashtra 400053 within the Local limits of same city in compliance of Section 12 of the Companies Act 2013.
