About Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals Ltd

Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals Ltd is a public limited company, incorporated in March 1989 and is engaged in the manufacturing of allopathic drugs, herbal Ayurvedic and natural drug formulation. In FY19, the Company proposed a Scheme of Amalgamation with M/s. Emergent Bio Naturals Ltd, as per the Companies Act 2013, section 230 to 232. The Scheme is awaiting approval from NCLT, Hyderabad Bench. Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals Ltd's main activity focuses on manufacturing majorly four dosage forms (tablets, capsules, liquids and powders) and provides solutions for a wide variety of healthcare needs.
