About NTC Industries Ltd

RDB Industries Ltd, a company with its roots in the industry of real estate development and manufacture of cigarettes was incorporated in November 1991 as R.D Builders and Developers. Its name was changed in 1994 and the same year, the company got listed with a premium of Rs.10 to raise funds for long term working capital. Subsequently in the same year, the company began commercial production of cigarettes from its Calcutta plant, while its plans to start producting from the Andhra Pradesh plant are still in the offing. In 2003, the firm entered into a partnership with Sampoorna Asia Pte. Ltd. to import and distribute cigarettes with Exclusive brand which will be available throughout India. The company is looking forward to explore new ventures and form strategic alliances for further business growth.
