NRB Industrial Bearings Private Limited was incorporated on 24th February 2011 as per the Companies Act and then converted to a Public Limited Company on 17th November 2011. The company primarily focused on taking over Industrial Bearings business from their parent company, NRB Bearings Limited. This was done through a Scheme of Arrangement as per the Honble High Court of Judicature order on 24th August 2012. The result was NRB Industrial Bearings Limited with the primary objective of taking over the industrial bearings business from the demerged company as a going concern.
