About Nitin Spinners Ltd

Nitin Spinners Ltd is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company and a Government of India recognized Export House. Established in 1992 as a private limited company, Nitin specialized in the textiles business, manufacturing 100% cotton yarns and fabrics. The company has set up their first unit at Hamirgarh Bhilwara Rajasthan in 1993 with two openend spinning machines with 192 Rotors each, providing a total capacity of 384 Rotors. Nitin Spinners Ltd gradually expanded their production capacity to 1080 Rotors through addition of one Autoconer Machine of 216 Rotors from Schlafhorst AG Co. Germany and two Autoconer openend spinning machines of 240 Rotors from Schlafhorst AG Co. Germany. Nitin Spinners Ltd also set up 14112 spindles to produce combed and carded cotton yarns of 20s to 40s count and seven knitting machines. They expanded their Rotor Spinning capacity adding 2000 Rotors, and further increased their capacity to 50400 spindles Knitting Machines and F.O. based Power Plant of 7.66 MW. Additionally, the company also commenced commercial production for a coal/ lignite based thermal power project with installed capacity of 10.50 MW. Through these expansions, Nitin Spinners Ltd aims to provide fabrics in greige form for various textiles products like apparel, terry towels, medical textiles, and more.
