About Nath Industries Ltd

Rama Pulp and Papers, established in 1980 as a private limited company before converting to a public ltd. company in 1983, manufactuers industrial papers. The plant based in Vapi, Gujarat had an initial installed capacity of 10000 tpa, before expanding to 17000 tonnes of kraft paper. In 1989, the company expanded further to establish yet another company called Rama Techno Paper & Allied Industries at the existing premises, to manufacture a new range of products such as blue match paper, hard tissue paper and value-added papers. This expansion boosted the total capacity to 25300 tpa and 18000 tpa for value-added and kraft papers respectively. More recently in 2020, the company has been taken over by Nath Pulp, a major company of the Nath group, in order to pool resources and face competition better.
