MOS Utility Limited is a rapidly growing Fintech and B2B Ecommerce company, established in 2009. It works to promote the Indian government's mission, Vocal for Local, to boost digital India. The company provides its platform to agents to facilitate booking instant flight tickets, hotel bookings, bus bookings, payments for bills, utilities, and insurance, mobile recharges, money transfers, and more, all without any investment and using just a laptop with an internet connection. MOS Utility Limited is divided into 7 main business segments and is also a technology provider of products and services across B2C, B2B and finance. As of September 30 2022, the company had over 168018 network partners, including agents, distributors, and master distributors. In 2019, the company hived off its flight business unit as a going concern to E Trav Tech Private Limited for an overall consideration of 5 lakhs. In April 2023, MOS Utility Limited went public, offering 6574400 equity shares, of which, 5774400 are a Fresh Issue, and 800000 are an Offer for Sale.
