About Mohit Industries Ltd

Mohit Industries Ltd. was established in 1991 as a private limited company and was later converted into a public limited company in 1995. It specialized in trading yarn and eventually set up a plant in the Gujarat district of Surat to manufacture weaving cloth with the capacity of 6 lac mtr pa. Now, the company plans to increase the installed capacity of fabric production to 23.76 lac mtr pa and install two texturising plants to produce 1386 tpa for captive consumption. In addition, the installed capacity of texturised yarn was increased to 24.8 million Kg in 1997-98 and the company's shares were delisted from the Jaipur Stock Exchange. Promoted by Narayan Saboo and Sitaram Saboo, Mohit Industries Ltd. has helped to create efficient and high-quality textile solutions for more than two decades.
